5. Job Applications and Tasks

• All information submitted via job applications (including resumes, cover letters, and task answers) must be accurate, truthful, and representative of your own work.
• We reserve the right to review submissions for plagiarism or false declarations, and disqualify applications accordingly.
• Hiring decisions, interview schedules, and application statuses are at the sole discretion of the hiring company.

6. Platform Fees

Using CareerLoop to browse job listings and apply for positions is completely free for job seekers. We do not charge candidates any application fees.

7. Security

We use encryption, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication to secure your data and applications. However, you are also responsible for maintaining secure access to your devices and login information.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for:

• Impersonating another person, falsifying credentials, or submitting plagiarized answers.
• Gambling, illegal trade, or activities that violate any local or international law.
• Attempting to compromise the security or data integrity of our servers or user accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

CareerLoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, unless required by law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
